Using the Proper Tools
Using the right tool to work on your car, truck or van can make your job a lot easier. If you sit down to eat dinner and you want to finish all the peas on your plate a spoon may work a lot more efficiently than a knife! You also want to ensure the tools you have are up to the task, a wore screw driver or a cracked handle on your mallet can make work frustrating if not out right dangerous.
Buying Tools and Equipment
There are many places from which you can buy tools, with the availability of the internet and countless brick and mortar stores in just about every town the competition should favor the consumer. Tools can be purchased/aquired seperately or you may find saving in purchasing the tools in sets.
The quality of your tool matters. Nothing more frustrating than a socket cracking under the simple pressure of loosening a non-frozen nut! While you should be shopping for the best price make sure it is for quality. Some store chains have some great tools and tend to be less expensive. My personal favorite is Craftsmen, but you can also find Cornwall, Stanley-Proto and Blackhawk to be good quality choices.
